One of the most common things I hear from patients after we finish a visit is some version of this:
“I didn’t realize you could do all of that here.”
And I understand why that surprises people. Most of us are used to a healthcare system that feels fragmented. You go to one place for an exam, another place for imaging, somewhere else for labs, and then wait days—sometimes longer—to connect all the pieces.
RightCare Clinic was designed to simplify that experience.
If you know us for treating urgent concerns, we want you to know we can do more. We are not a traditional urgent care and we are not an Emergency Room, we are bridging the gap between the two. Right here in Michigan, we are the first of our kind, offering advanced diagnostics like CT imaging and moderate complexity laboratory services to evaluate more complex conditions, all under one roof.
Deciding where to go when an unexpected health concern arises is hard. We want to make that decision easier and be your first call.
When something feels wrong, whether it’s abdominal pain, fatigue that won’t go away, chest discomfort, or a child who has been sick longer than expected, the hardest part is often not the symptom itself. It’s the uncertainty.
Do I need imaging?
Do I need bloodwork?
Do I need to go somewhere else for that?
Is this serious, or will it go away on its own?
A lot of delays in care happen right there, in that moment of uncertainty.
Our goal at RightCare is to remove as many of those extra steps as possible.
At RightCare Clinic, many patients are surprised to learn that we can perform both diagnostic imaging and laboratory testing on-site during a single visit.
That includes:
These tools are not used in isolation. They are part of a larger clinical evaluation that helps us understand what is going on and what needs to happen next.
But the important part isn’t just the list of what we can do. It’s what that means for you as a patient.
Let’s make this more concrete.
If someone comes in with abdominal pain that isn’t clearly explained by a physical exam, we’ll often run lab work to check for signs of infection or inflammation—and if needed, imaging like a CT scan to get a clearer picture of what’s happening internally.
With chest pain or shortness of breath, bloodwork can be drawn on the spot and results come back quickly, so we can start addressing what’s actually driving the symptoms. Even with injuries or infections that aren’t improving as expected, having lab and imaging capability in the same setting means we’re not sending you somewhere else and asking you to wait.
That evaluation, whatever it requires, happens during your visit.
This is what people mean when they say “getting answers faster.” It’s not just convenience. It’s clarity.
One of the most important things I want patients to understand is that you are not expected to self-diagnose before walking through the door. You don't need to know whether you need a CT scan, an X-ray, or lab work. That's our job.
We will listen, evaluate, and guide you through the process. In fact, sometimes a careful exam tells us everything we need to know, and the answer is simpler than you feared. The goal is always the right level of care, not more care.
Healthcare becomes stressful when the next steps require—another phone call, a new location, a new appointment, and possibly a new delay.
When imaging and lab testing are available in the same clinic, a few things change:
You don’t need to sit with uncertainty and fear.
You don’t lose time coordinating multiple visits.
You don’t leave with unanswered questions about what comes next.
You don’t wait days just to start the next step in your care.
Instead, your evaluation, testing, and treatment plan can all happen in one coordinated visit.
For patients, that often means fewer unknowns and a clearer path forward.
We are not replacing primary care, and we are not trying to.
In many cases, we work alongside primary care providers. We evaluate urgent concerns, complete necessary testing, and then help coordinate follow-up when needed.
The difference is timing. Instead of spacing those steps out over days or weeks, we’re often able to begin that process immediately.
That can make a meaningful difference when you’re trying to decide what to do next or when symptoms are causing stress and uncertainty.
Most patients don’t think about imaging or lab testing until they’re in a situation where they need it. And when that moment comes, the system around them can feel complicated very quickly.
What I want you to know is simple:
At RightCare Clinic, many of the tests you may assume require multiple appointments or outside facilities can actually be done here.
And more importantly, they are done as part of a complete evaluation designed to get you answers.
We can take care of it here.
If you’re experiencing symptoms or have questions about what testing might be needed, you can schedule a visit or walk in at RightCare Clinic. We’ll help guide you through the process and make sure you leave with clarity about your next steps.
